The factory
A modern sesame processing and oil-pressing facility in Rajbari, close to the growing districts, running mechanical cleaning, hulling and pressing lines.

Quality control
Batches are checked at intake, after processing and before dispatch. Records are kept for every lot so a consignment can be traced back to its source.

Sustainability
We buy directly from farmers at fair prices, encourage natural cultivation and keep processing waste to a minimum by using seed husk and press cake as feed and fuel.

Sourcing
Sesame bought directly from farmers we know across Bangladesh's growing districts.

Cleaning and sorting
Mechanical cleaning removes stones, dust and immature seed before grading.

Hulling or pressing
Seeds are hulled for the export grade or pressed for pure sesame oil.

Inspection
Purity, moisture and oil content checked on every batch before packing.

Packing
PP bags, drums or bottles — sized for retail shelves or bulk containers.

Dispatched to distributors in Bangladesh or shipped to international buyers.
